World-famous Barry’s Bootcamp has arrived in Seattle

If you’re looking to mix up your spring workout routine, then you’ll be pleased to know that Barry’s Bootcamp Seattle has arrived. If the name doesn’t ring a bell, then here’s a quick rundown.

Barry’s Bootcamp is a high intensity, hour-long class that focuses on cardio and strength training exercises. Originally starting in Los Angeles in 1998, Barry’s Bootcamp now has outposts all over the world, from Paris to Singapore.

In contrast to the equally popular Equinox, Barry’s does one thing and does it extremely well. Those who enter its iconic ‘Red Room’ often become intense followers and will stop in at locations while they travel to get their fix.

Individual classes are $30, but first-timers can get a discounted deal of $60 for 3 classes to see if it’s the right fit for them.
