Dim sum brunch. Two of our favorite things, one unexpected but oh so happy combination. We’re going to be over in the corner consuming large amounts of Dungeness crab benny and pho broth Bloody Marys.

We’re in Seattle, so let’s eat seafood for brekkie! Oysters on the half shell and wild prawns and grits are some of the gems this place serves up. Bonus: the vaulted timber ceilings aren’t so hard on the eyes.
Where: 4300 Fremont Ave N
This is the best NW spot for Southern classics. Tuck into fried chicken and waffles, perfectly crispy biscuit sandwiches, and cake to die for. It’s like your Texan friend making you breakfast without the award politics talk.
Where: 403 15th Ave E
Don’t be put off by this cafe’s proximity to the touristy bits of the city, it’s a local favorite. It’s major bang for your buck, and the people watching out the front door is absolutely prime.

The food here is super local, as fresh as it gets, and prepared on point. Additionally, there’s beautiful decor, stellar service, and come on! Just look at those pancakes. They’re works of art!

What do you get when you combine family-style dining with a dedicated Hangover Specials menu? Your judgy aunt giving you side eye from across the table. Don’t worry, their brioche bread pudding French toast will fix ya right up!

This place has a deserving rep as one of the best brunch restaurants in Seattle. The chef behind this brunch is award-winning, which is why that croissant sandwich tastes so good. The menu’s a tad eclectic, but everything comes out of the kitchen absolutely top-notch.

This family-style Korean spot serves up classics like hash and eggs. They’ve also got some lesser known gems like chorizo honey Bao with apple kimchi. We hadn’t tried apple kimchi either, but trust us- it’s amazing! Added bonus: there’s all you can eat.
Where: 3505 Stone Way N
Roll yourself out of bed to get here before there’s a wait. We know it’s hard, but it’s worth it. This little spot is a one-off breakfast heaven. Dive into their signature egg bakes, like the Alla Boscaiola with eggs, house-made tomato sauce, sausage, mushroom, and mozzarella.

This is a trip around the world in one brunch, without the several thousand dollars of airfare. From Asian dishes to Dutch pepper bacon-stuffed pancakes, this ain’t no ordinary meal! You’ll be back for seconds, no doubt.
